By making a booking at Divine Beauty you are accepting our full policy below.

I dont want to enforce any of these policy’s but this is a business. So I hope you understand the direct impact they can have on my time & income.

Late Appointments

I understand sometimes being late is out of your control. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled unless otherwise discussed and a charge may apply

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can offer the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note the following charges will be enforceable at my discretion. I do understand life happens and some things are unavoidable but you MUST contact me:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost
Missed appointments (‘no shows’) will be charged the full treatment cost.
If part of an appointment is cancelled or changed after arrival the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable, so please message to amend with more than 24 hours notice to avoid charges
Future appointments will only be confirmed once any outstanding fees have been settled
Repeat no shows & cancellations may result in us no longer accepting future bookings.

We often have other clients on our waitlist who are eager to take an available slot. If you give us enough notice to fill your appointment slot, we will waive the cancellation fee. However, this is only possible if sufficient notice is provided.

Payments & Gift Cards

I accept cash, bank transfer & card payments

Gift Cards are available to purchase for any value or specified treatment. They are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. All gift cards come with a 12 month expiry date. After this time they are not redeemable.

Other Therapists Work

If you currently have a set on from another tech, they will need to be removed. This is due to a number of reasons but to also check the health of your natural nail. Please make sure you have added the new client removal from our nail treat, repairs and removal section or your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a charge may apply

Damages & Repairs

I only use quality products that I am qualified to apply so if you develop any problems within 48 hours of your treatment please contact me to arrange an appointment for me to rectify. I may require photos or to see in person to figure what the issue may be. Any damage caused by not following aftercare will need to be paid to be sorted.

Other Information

Patch Testing

The following treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to having the treatment.

Lash Lift, HD BrowSculpt, HD Brows, HD Brows Express, Any Tinting Service & Eyelash Extensions.

You will be required to have a patch test if you are a new customer to Divine Beauty having any of the above treatments. If there’s been a change in your medical history including having a covid vaccination or if you haven’t had your chosen treatment in the last 6 months or more.

There are some treatments that we don’t recommend you having within 2 weeks of you having a covid vaccination

Appointment Requirements

The time you book here at Divine Beauty is exclusively for you and we want you to feel as comfortable as possible. So if needed we can tailor your appointment to suit your needs whether that's a disability that’s hidden or visual. Anxiety or mental health we are more than happy to help.

Silent Appointment - We are happy to just do a consultation to ensure best results from your treatment. You can then enjoy the rest of your appointment chilled & quiet and questions will only be asked when needed.

Sensory/Anxiety - If you have a sensory or any form of anxiety feel free to message us to discuss your requirements

and condition. This will allow us to fully understand your needs and help make your appointment as comfortable as possible. It could be you require short breaks or products that are not strong smelling or simply an appointment time when the salon is not busy.

Our salon is a safe space that may allow clients to reach out for someone to talk to or even reach out for help. It’s not about judgement, intervening or interfering but simply suggesting services of those who are specially trained to help in a way that’s informed and meaningful. Our listening ear along with a kind word may change or even save a life.
